About Us
Welcome to the Volunteer Service in Nepal
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing sustainable assistance to disadvantaged socio-economic groups within Nepali communities, with a focus on displaced, destitute, and orphaned children. Our mission is to empower these children by providing access to education, health care, shelter, and psychosocial support, and by working to reunite them with their families whenever possible. Partnership
VSN and BISR have partnered to provide school bags to 300 disadvantaged school children in Nepal, enabling them to access basic education and resources. The MoU represents a vital step towards creating a brighter future for these children and their communities, and VSN is grateful for the support of BISR representatives Fiona Hanks, Paul Retzlaff, and Sameera Damree. This partnership reflects VSN’s commitment to providing sustainable assistance to disadvantaged communities, and by working together, VSN and BISR can make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Health services, particularly in rural Nepal, require aid from volunteers like you to provide life-saving and other necessary treatments to disadvantaged communities.
Supporting a Cause
Make learning possible for disadvantaged and orphaned children of all ages– from kindergarten to high school, and adult education as well.
We provide learning, vocational training, and educational opportunities that teach adults the needed skills to catch up with modern life.
Being Real, Setting Goals
Improve children’s wellbeing by equipping and enhancing the child protective system to help increase anti-bullying efforts, prevention of child sexual abuse, and prevention of child abuse more generally.
With your help, we can ensure children live in a supportive family environment, receive full educational learning opportunities, and have access to justice and protection from violence, abuse, and exploitation.
We Always See Hope
Provide exceptional healthcare, food, basic needs, funds, and other support to victims of natural or pandemic disasters, conflict, or other crises experienced within Nepal.
